Our goal

Through your patronage, Abbey Coffee Roasters has grown to the point that we’ve needed to purchase a professional, commercial-scale Mill City 10 KG Coffee Roaster. It will allow us to expand our capacity and improve our roast quality—all the while providing meaningful employment and dignifying wages to our workers, and enlarging the proceeds that go to develop and beautify Rockingham Abbey.     Mill City Roasters offer variable fuel, fan, and drum controls and advanced internal monitors, which allows the roaster to dial in precise profiles specific to each origin.

    The Mill City RoastPATH® operating system automatically logs temperature readings, fuel and fan speeds, and other data and allows for roast replay, helping the roaster to ensure quality results across batches.
